I believe every human deserves the space and individualized attention to process life's many ups and downs. You know yourself and everything you have been through better than anyone else. My goal is to foster a safe space and collaborative relationship to get to know your strengths, desires, your passions, and to support your needs and goals for improved mental health.

I believe in meeting each client where they are. Together we can figure out your goals, needs and how to strengthen your skills towards independence and self sufficiency. I can guide my clients through various coping skills and tools for reframing how to approach anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self esteem, grief, and any form of healing.

Seeking help and support is a scary and yet incredibly brave thing to do. I commend you for even making it this far, and I will be happy to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about this process. I want to create a working therapeutic relationship where I can validate and unconditionally support your journey towards healing and personal growth.
