About

"Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage.
Truth and courage aren’t always comfortable, but they're never weakness."

Brené Brown

I believe everyone deserves a space to feel safe, seen, and heard. Therapy has helped me gain a better understanding of myself, and I am overjoyed to have the opportunity to walk with others as they process and learn more about themselves.

I have always known that working with people is my calling. I have found that being present to the stories, joys, challenges, thoughts, and feelings of others provides the opportunity for compassion, healing, and growth.

I strive to be trauma-informed, strength-based, and a lifetime learner. I also invite play and creativity into the therapeutic space as avenues for self-discovery and healing. I am passionate about working with kids, adolescents, young adults, and couples. My goal is to meet clients where they are and work in collaboration to gain clarity on what is most important to focus on.

I received my masters in social work from West Chester University and am a licensed social worker working towards my clinical license. I have worked with a range of presenting problems including anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, sexual trauma, complex PTSD, body image, low self-esteem, life transitions, and family dysfunction.
