Our scheduling system, Schedulicity, was recently bought out by a company named Vagaro. We are in the process of fully switching over to the new system. In the interim, if you notice anything incorrect with your upcoming appointments, please notify your counselor or reach out to reception at (215) 527-8012.

About

I believe that therapy works best when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. I strive to create a space where clients can show up exactly as they are and feel supported as they navigate life's challenges. I see counseling as a collaborative process, where we work together to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop the tools that help you move toward the life you want to live. Every person brings a unique story and I strive to honor each client's values, culture, and lived experiences. My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, always shaping treatment to meet each person's individual needs.

I studied Psychological Sciences at the University of Vermont and received my B.S. in 2023. I recently graduated from New England College with my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Throughout my clinical training, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and families in school-based settings, supporting clients through anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. I am also a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and I value the important connection between the mind and body in the healing process. Whether we are working through a difficult season or simply exploring ways to better understand yourself, I hope to offer a compassionate, supportive environment where you feel empowered to grow, heal, and recognize your own resilience.
