About
I believe that at the heart of healing is acceptance and authenticity. When you allow yourself to accept all the parts of who you are and what you've been through, you can ease the exhaustion of trying to keep everything bundled up inside. Therapy can be a place that helps you create a loving connection with parts of yourself that would otherwise bring shame, doubt, stress and pain. As a trauma-informed therapist, I feel that meaningful change can be done when you feel safe and brave enough to take these steps. My role is to help you trust yourself. I'm here to sit with you through the pain, the laughs, the cries, and the celebrations.
My approach is a mixture of different styles and I tailor my work based on your needs. Therapy with me is a consistent and open dialogue where I respect and value both your individuality and your role in the collective. I'll challenge you when needed, and I'll uplift you and your strengths to foster empowerment and autonomy. This is your story, your journey, and it's an honor to witness your growth and healing.
I am a pre-licensed counselor with a Master of Science in Community and Trauma Counseling. This means that my core values as a therapist include social justice, safety, multicultural sensitivity and humility, understanding of how systems affect your mental health, and how we can learn from each other to foster deep connections and collective healing! I'm a Queer therapist and I want my therapy space to feel safe for folks in the LGBTQIA+ community. My passion lies in creating room to talk about gender, sexuality, intimacy, and societal expectations/pressures.
I work with individuals who have dealt with severe/complex trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem issues, and life transitions.

- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
- Humanistic
