About
My emphasis in therapy is to support you in identifying your unique goals, and to work collaboratively to remove barriers toward building the meaningful life you have envisioned. My personal belief is that anyone can benefit from therapy, and receive support when needed. I work to create a warm, supportive, and safe space in which you will feel encouraged to fully engage in the therapeutic process. I recognize that the therapeutic relationship is essential for growth and nurture that bond with authenticity, empathy, and honesty.
By working together you will be able to manage the symptoms that are causing you adversity, and improve your quality of life. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide variety of diagnosis’. I specialize in combining expressive art therapy and traditional talk therapy to provide you with a non-judgmental environment.
I will work with you on the presenting problems you are facing, and together we will work on finding your ability to use your personal strengths to cope with the symptoms you may face.
